CRANE OLD SCHOOL

Crane Old School is another building that provides working studios for visual artists and organizations including Pig Iron Theatre Company. Located at 1417 N. 2nd Street. Philadelphia, PA 19122 in a 19th century brick schoolhouse, the studios within are former classrooms, most still containing the old chalkboards and woodwork. It’s absolutely charming! Come visit the artists every October for POST (Philadelphia Open Studio Tours).
